Some of My Favourite Systems To Streamline Your Business

Are you holding back from streamlining your systems and organizing your business, even though you know it will boost productivity?

Struggling to implement even the slightest change because you cannot imagine running it any other way, or you just don’t have the time..

Guess what? I completely get it!

And I’m here to say, “It’s ok to take “baby steps”.

Having worked with many clients, especially in the farming industry, I see first-hand the benefits of removing manual tasks big and small.

The results - Their business and lives become more MANAGEABLE.

But a factor to consider is...The new system has to work for YOU!

Here are a few ways you can streamline your systems:

1. Free Project Management tools such as *Asana, ClickUp and Trello are great for project tracking, client organization and compiling a simple to-do list. Bonus features I rave about are:

*Free starter plans

*Deadlines for tasks

*Client sharing

*Assignable to other team members

Pro-Tip: it’s a great way to organize social media content for clients and yourself.

2. Online Schedulers such as Microsoft bookings, *Calendly, and Acuity allow your customers to book pick-up times for orders etc. without lifting a finger! Customers can book pick-ups based on their and your availability, eliminating the need for back-and-forth emails to find the best possible day/time for each person. Bonus: they can reschedule their own time!

3. Business product suites such as *Google and Microsoft are great for streamlining daily tasks. Tools such as inbox management Gmail/Outlook help you create email templates and schedule your email responses. Google Forms are handy for questionnaires and forms. Excel documents are great for project building, tracking inventory, and organizing blog posts.

4. Client Relationship Management Software (CRM) is an “all-in-one” system. A CRM is used for external and client-facing operations such as, booking meetings, lead capture forms, sending contracts, proposals, questionnaires, invoicing and receiving payments. My personal favourite is *Dubsado for its functionality and customization.

I understand change can be scary, but there is always a solution and a “baby step” is one step closer to more time and freedom for you.
