I know that’s something that I've wished for more times than I can count.
Oh… the amount of time I spent learning something that just wasn’t in my wheelhouse!
Like the first year of my business, I didn’t think I needed a bookkeeper. I couldn’t see how difficult it could be, so I did all of it myself. In the beginning it wasn’t that hard… Until it was… PayPal fees, and adding to my chart of accounts and reconciling my accounts monthly WHILE trying to work for my clients, be there for my family and manage my home… It became a daunting task that just WASN’T for me any longer.
It was taking me longer and longer and I found myself delaying even starting. Then I was behind and felt frustrated and overwhelmed. I didn’t know where to start and I had more questions than answers. I AM NOT A BOOKKEEPER!
