Here are a few of my go-to business tips that you can implement today to save you time:
Make a list of your tasks: MUST do/most extensive tasks should be done when you are most productive, usually in the morning and right after our mid-morning coffee. Try to keep your list to the top six (the first being the most important) and adjust as you complete each task
Manage Your Time: Time block your calendar and set specific days for discovery calls and client calls. Limiting your availability will provide you with fewer distractions and more time to complete the work you need and want to do.
Create "how-to" videos for frequent tasks: Creating a library of “how-to’s” can be used for new hires, tasks that are cumbersome or not done frequently and they can also be repurposed for social media - Win, Win!
