Tips To Stay Motivated

Too busy but still feeling unmotivated?

Trust me - I have been there more times than you know~ and it’s just not so easy to “just feel” like doing something. 

I have learned that no matter how I feel, I still have to get something done eventually. Below is the number one tip  I use to help me feel motivated:


  • Begin with a clean, organized and comfortable workstation

It’s easy to feel unmotivated or distracted by clutter, dust or even a chair that you hate!

When you’re working in an environment that sells calm and clean you will produce more work, feel more comfortable and get distracted less.

This week, I challenge you to get your desk/workstation organized and comfortable. If that means buying a new chair, go do it!

Take 5 minutes and tidy your station.

☕️ remove your cups

📝 clear your paperwork

🧼 wipe down your desk

*Use essential oils for that calming effect

You’ll be amazed how much better you feel!
