 I decided to do a systems audit - you know, review all the software you use and what you use it for and see if I NEED it.  I spat out my coffee. What the heck was I doing? I knew there had to be a better, less expensive way to do this. So I challenged myself to run my business using only FREE applications & Google Workspace.


Here’s what I did:


  • Used a free online scheduler for meetings

  • Set up my client folders using Google Drive

  • I used Google forms for my intake forms and questionnaires

  • Created templated emails in Gmail 


While I am still transitioning my email marketing tool to a free one, this experience has been life-changing and stress-relieving for me.
